Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of new double glazed timber windows to replace existing to the front elevation, and new double glazed uPVC windows to replace existing to the rear elevation; conversion of existing upper floor flat into 2no. self-contained flats, comprising of 1 x 1 bedroom flat at first floor level and 1 x 2 bedroom maisonette flat at second floor and roof level.
