Full proposal

Conversion and refurbishment of existing School Keepers Lodge to create 2no. self-contained residential flats; replacement of all single glazed windows with double glazed windows to match existing; formation of a new external gateway with new fence to match existing along the Lillie Road frontage; relocation of the side fence of the rear garden of the Lodge in order to enlarge the existing School Car Park; installation of new timber fences and a new steel mesh fence in order to isolate the new entrances into the residential building and safeguard the School access from Lillie Road.
