Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; removal of part of the remaining pitched roof of the existing back addition at second floor level to form a roof terrace enclosed with a 1700mm high obscured glazed balustrade; installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation of the proposed rear extension at second floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and installation of 2no. rooflights to the flat roof of the existing rear roof extension.
