Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over remaining part of existing back addition; erection of a 1.7 metre high opaque glazed screen and rear metal railing around the flat roof at third floor level of the existing back addition and proposed second floor rear extension, in connection with its use as a roof terrace; installation of a dormer to house a door replacing the existing window to the rear elevation at third floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope.
