Erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the existing back addition; excavation to lower the existing lower ground floor level; and excavation of the front garden and part of the rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the creation of a new basement (all as approved under planning permission reference: 2021/04014/FUL dated 22nd July 2022); erection of a rear extension at second floor level on top of the existing back addition.
