Alterations to the existing front and rear roof extensions with the replacement of all dormer windows with new white painted timber sash dormer windows; installation of a rooflight to the flat roof at main roof level; erection of a 1.7 metre high obscured glazed balustrade around the flat roof of the existing two storey back addition at second floor level, in connection with the creation of a roof terrace; installation of a door to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; alterations to the roof of the existing single storey rear extension with the raising of the existing external side return wall to enable the replacement of the existing roof with a new flat roof incorporating a single rooflight; replacement of the existing rear doors at ground floor level; and lowering of the existing internal floor level to create a flush threshold with the exterior garden level.
