Full proposal

Erection of an additional floor at roof level in connection with the creation of 5no. bedrooms, and erection of a three storey plus basement level including formation of new lightwells in the rear garden in connection with the creation of 12no. bedrooms to the existing large HMO (Class Sui Generis); rebuilding existing chimney stack and reinstatement of chimney pots at roof level of the main building; erection of foldable guard rails around the perimeter, installation of 2no. air source heat pumps, erection of an acoustic barrier, and installation of a roof access hatch on top of the flat roof at roof level of the main building; erection of a bike and a bin store in the rear garden; excavation of part of the rear garden to enlarge existing rear lightwell; minor external alterations and associated works including landscaping.
