Full proposal

Erection of a front roof extension comprising of 3no dormer windows in the front roofslope; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; replacement of the existing rooflight with an enlarged rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level; alterations to the roof of ground floor rear back addition to include the replacement of existing pitched roof with a flat roof, installation of new rooflights and erection of metal railings above the roof of rear back addition in connection with the creation of a roof terrace; installation of French doors to replace the existing window to provide to the roof terrace at first floor level to the rear elevation.
