External alterations to include: Installation of 2no external condenser units to the roof of the eastern stairwell wing; Internal alterations at first floor level to include: demolition and re-building of the internal partition walls within the assisted bathroom and conversion into an en-suite bathroom, conversion of the staff training room into bedroom together with the installation of wall mounted air conditioning units, supply and extract ventilation, installation of secondary glazing and blinds to external windows; associated internal and external alterations.
