Erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of existing back addition; alterations to part of the side boundary wall; and formation of a courtyard between the rear of the main building and proposed rear extension, to include installation of a new window to the side and a new window to the rear elevation at ground floor level, following the removal of existing doors.
