Enclosing the internal ground floor rear lightwell; installation of a rooflight on top of the flat roof of existing ground floor back addition; alterations to the openings to include installation of new glazed aluminium framed patio doors following the removal of an existing window to the side elevation, and infilling and installation of new glazed aluminium framed patio door following the removal of existing door and a window to the rear elevation at ground floor level; replacement of the pitched roof including installation of new rooflights on top of the existing single storey side extension; and installation of a rooflight in the front roofslope.
