Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of existing back addition; raising the main roof ridge height by 250mm and installation of a rooflight on top of the flat roof; installation of French doors and a Juliette balcony following the removal of existing dormer window, to the rear elevation at second floor level.
