Proposed works to include Mansard roof covering replacements to match the existing, but with dark grey concrete tiles to the pitched sections, stairwell flat roof replacements to match existing, stairwell hanging tile replacements with new concrete tiles, colour dark grey to match the mansard pitched roof sections, replacement of the existing box guttering and parapet capping with powder coated aluminium box guttering and capping, colour black, window replacements, ground floor maisonette front door replacements, ground floor maisonette timber cladding, storage door and fixed window replacements, flat block stairwell main front and rear entrance replacement with powder coated aluminium door and window system and ground floor maisonette rear patio door replacements.
