Conversion of a single-story garage to habitable space. Alterations to the existing home will be made to form a ground-floor open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. Altering the existing utility and extending the footprint with an infill extension to the side of the front of the house. Upgrading the single-glazed metal windows to a sash and case style double glazing. Forming a large contemporary glass corner to the rear elevation at the living area.
