Development of the site for up to 100 retirement houses (Use Class C3) for people aged 55 and over comprising a range of cottages/houses and apartments together with associated landscaping, public open space, drainage features, and pedestrian and vehicular access. It is proposed to submit an application in outline with all matters reserved apart from access.
