Hybrid planning application for the phased demolition of all existing structures and site preparation works and the phased construction of apartment blocks and townhouses (Use Class C3), along with flexible commerical, business and service (Use Class E) / learning and non-residential institutions and local community floorspace (Use Classes F1(d), F1(e) and F2(b)); cycle and vehicle parking, highway and access alterations, electrical substation, children's play space, public realm enhancements, associated landscaping, and works to trees and ancillary development including mechanical plant equipment and all necessary infrastructure works to service the development (Adjacent Authority application).
