Part single part two-storey rear extension, conversion of loft to habitable space to include insertion of 3x front roof lights and 1x rear roof light, and alterations to fenestration to include replacement of garage door with window, to allow for subdivision of dwelling to create 3x flats, including provision of parking, EV chargers, cycle/bin store, and amenity space.
