Material change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site for 4 Gypsy/Traveller families, each with one caravan/mobile home, together with part retention of existing hardstanding, part restoration of existing hardstanding to grass, planting of hedgerows, and erection of acoustic fencing (Part Retrospective).
