Conversion of garage to habitable space to include replacement of garage door with window. Demolition of existing single storey front, side and rear extension to facilitate construction of part single, part two storey front side and rear extension with associated roof works. Conversion of loft to habitable space to include rear dormer, 4x front rooflights and removal of chimney stack. Front boundary works to include crossover extension.
