Erection of a part single, part two-storey wraparound extension to the side and rear, and a front porch with a storm canopy. Construction of a flat roof first-floor front extension to replace the existing catslide roof and front dormer. Conversion of the roof space to habitable use, including an increase in the roof ridge height, formation of a crown roof, and installation of seven roof lights. Amendments to fenestration following the demolition of the existing garage, chimney stack, and rear extension. (Revised description and plans 03.03.25)
