Erection of single storey front extension including porch, conversion of garage to habitable space including replacement of garage door with window, and conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer, 4 x front facing roof lights, 2 x side facing roof lights, hip to gable end conversions, and the raising of the overall ridge height of the bungalow.
