Installation of 3x front dormers (1.2m wide x 2.2m depth x 1.9m height) following removal of chimney stack iv. Erection of a 2m high brick and timber fence adjacent to property v. Erection of a 2m high timber fence to the front of property within the boundary following a demolition of an existing side extension.
