Change of use from mixed use retail (Use Class E(a)) and hotel (Use Class C1) to mixed use retail (Use Class E(a)) and residential (Use Class C3)), and community use; insertion of 4no. new ground floor windows; creation of 2no. first floor roof gardens; and including ancillary works such as window replacements and roofing repairs (and internally: insertion of new stairwell; remodelling of internal spaces necessitating removal and replacement of partition walls; insertion of new doors within partition walls; and new fixtures, fittings, and services throughout).
