Change of use from mixed use retail (Use Class E(a)) and hotel (Use Class C1) to mixed use retail (Use Class E(a)), and 21no. residential units (Use Class C3)), and community use; insertion of 4no. new ground floor windows; creation of 2no. first floor roof gardens; and including ancillary works including window replacements, roofing repairs (and internally, insertion of new stairwell, and remodelling of internal spaces).
