Refurbishment and extension of existing building in connection with its use as a single family house: Ground and first floor rear extensions, creation of terrace area at rear second floor level with ASHP, front facing PV panels at roof level and rooflights at roof and first floor level, removal of shopfront with new integrated refuse storage and new windows to the front and rear. Application includes conversion of a former shop area which previously occupied the front portion of the ground floor.
