CM APPLICATION: Part retrospective application for the partial demolition of existing retail, parking and nightclub building. Change of use, alterations, deep retrofit/refurbishment into Multi User Community Hub (MUCH) to include new libraries (Use Class F1(d)), office (Use Class E(g)(i)), community and activity spaces (Use Class F2(b)).
