Erection of a 4th floor to create 3 residential units, including alteration to the third floor, involving extensions on both sides and front/rear balconies, plus a new timber framed double garage and the replacement of the garden shed, together with the provision of refuse and cycle storage, solar panels, ASHP, one on-site car parking space, and boundary and landscaping treatment.
