Change of use of Arches 6-10 from Class B8 (distribution and storage) to flexible use of Class B8 (distribution and storage) and Class E(g)(iii) use (light industrial), installation of front and rear infills along with associated external works to yard area including erection of substation and provision of refuse store, car and cycle parking.
