Construction of a light well in the front garden of 102B Breakspears Road, SE4, together with increasing the size of the opening of the existing basement level window to facilitate the installation of a front new door and two additional windows in the basement on the front elevation and installation of a window opening to the basement on the rear elevation in order to create a new dwelling located in the basement level of the ground floor flat.
