Partially retrospective planning application for various internal and external alterations, including the installation of a Juliet Balcony at the rear elevation, replacement of existing window windows, insertion of new window openings and blocking up on existing windows openings, replacement of the roof coverings with natural slate, insertion of rooflights to the flat roof and flank roof slope, alterations to the shopfronts, construction of an enclosed winter garden at the rear, removal of a lean-to storage structure and construction of a replacement storage structure in a different location, installation of an air conditioning unit at the rear elevation, and all associated works at 203-205 Deptford High Street, SE8.
