Works to listed building to enable the conversion of the basement and ground floors of the Main Hall to form 7no. dwellings (comprising 5no. apartments and 2no. houses); associated internal and external alterations including the insertion of new and replacement doors and windows, formation of new and altered openings, installation of new external steps, stairs, railings and access arrangements; installation of a new gated entrance and estate fencing to the main driveway; provision of ancillary leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and changing facilities within the basement; erection of an orangery extension to the East Bothy within the walled garden; and associated landscaping works including the planting of laurel hedges to define private garden and courtyard areas.
