Change of use of former ground floor nursery (Class E(f)) to flexible recreational space and staff accommodation for use by the YMCA, internal reconfiguration works on levels 1 – 4 to provide 11 additional rooms, and the replacement of redundant entrance doors on the south and east elevations with fixed glazing
