Reinstate the previously removed left bell tower like-for-like using sympathetic materials and detailing. Repairs to the central and right towers to address minor defects and ensure long-term stability. Proposed replacement flat roof areas beneath the towers to improve weatherproofing and structural integrity, using materials compatible with the building’s historic fabric.
