Development includes multi-modal transport hubs, active travel routes and public transport infrastructure, highways improvements (including works to M1 motorway bridges and a new active travel bridge), the diversion of watercourses and associated works including sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), utilities, ground remodelling, earthworks and demolition of existing structures, with the creation of green spaces including sports pitches, play areas, structural landscaping and habitat creation.
