Outline application (matters of access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for a proposed residential development comprising up to 140 homes (Use Class C3) and a multi-purpose community hall and healthcare facility (Use Class F2), with associated parking areas, access roads from the A428 High Street and supporting physical infrastructure. The proposal includes provision for internal roads, footpaths, cycleways and green and blue infrastructure including a village green, tree planting, landscape and biodiversity improvements, public open spaces, children’s play areas and sustainable urban drainage systems such as attenuation basins.
