Installation of replacement Air Handling Units (AHU) and various equipment (including 2 No. chillers, and external buffer tank and link to Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MHVR) unit) on the plant deck roof with associated amendments and repairs to the building including 500mm increase in height of central parapet on front elevation, erection of 3 No. dormers to front, guarding to roof and acoustic plant screen.
