Replacing double glazed timber framed windows and doors to communal areas (excluding main and rear block entrance door) and double glazed timber framed windows and balcony doors to a total of 44 flats. All windows and doors will be replaced with uPVC framed double glazed windows to match existing colour and fenestration.
