Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide green and blue infrastructure including new hotel accommodation with lodges, health club and spa with indoor pool (Class C1) together with associated infrastructure (sub-stations, ancillary generator, foul drainage facility, access roads and parking), tennis and padel tennis courts, landscaping and refurbishment of existing swimming lake and provision of Biodiversity Net Gain.
