Full proposal

Raise ridge height and insert two dormer windows to front elevation, and four dormers to rear elevation following removal of existing dormers. Remove dormer window to front elevation and replace with a new flat roof dormer. Enlargement of existing front gable and gabled addition at rear due to erection of an extension of the west side.
