Conversion of pair of semi-detached dwellings into 1 no. residential unit, together with undertaking the following proposed works: construction of 1 no. single storey rear extension, two no. two-storey front bay window extensions with pitched roof finish, and 1 no. two-storey front extension. Plus, the demolition of the existing detached garage currently serving 63 Main Road and the construction of a single storey side extension, the partial demolition of the existing detached garage currently serving 65 Main Road and the construction of a single storey side infill extension to link the remaining garage structure to the main dwellinghouse with a new flat roof covering, together with alterations to the existing first-floor rear window openings and the rear garden area.
