Change the use of the existing single domestic dwelling to a 6-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) including a 3m rear ground-floor extension, a 1.5m first-floor extension above part of the new ground-floor extension, a front porch, a rear dormer extension to the roof, and a 1.5m wide front small dormer extension. Internal alterations will be made to create six bedrooms and associated communal facilities.
