Outline planning application, with all matters reserved except for vehicular access to the site from A53 Whitmore Road, for the construction of up to 620 dwellings (including 30% affordable housing provision on site), a country park, public open space including equipped areas of play and allotments, green infrastructure, tree planting, SUDS infrastructure, the formation of the first phase of the Keele Link Road between the A53 and A525, associated infrastructure/works, and the demolition of the existing brick structure
