Full proposal

The proposal is for the change of use of the current unoccupied part of the church building. The proposed change is for the use for 6 residential flats. Each will be independent and have its own bathroom and kitchen facilities. There will be a shared entrance for 5 of the flats leading to a communal hallway. There will also be individual electric meters for each dwelling. There are no plans for any structural changes.The rooms are pre existing.
