Full proposal

Construction of a single storey rear extension projecting 4M from the original rear wall of the dwelling, comprising new foundations, external cavity walls, flat roof, rooflights, doors and windows. Works include removal of the existing rear wall and installation of structural support as required, internal alterations to form enlarged kitchen/living accommodation, and all associated drainage and external works.
