Full proposal

Demolition of the existing single storey rear and side extensions, erection of a part single, part three storey building with a mansard roof and first and second floor rear extensions. Partial change of use of the ground floor front commercial unit and full change of use of the ground floor rear and upper floor commercial units to residential use, to provide 1 x 3-bedroom maisonette, 1 x 2-bedroom maisonette, and 2 x 1-bedroom flats, associated with installation of solar PV panels to the rear roof slope and second floor extension roof, and front façade improvement works, including brickwork restoration and replacement fenestration to existing building.
