Proposed second floor rear extension, construction of a 2 storey roof extension to facilitate new third and fourth floors fronting Barking Road and to create 9 new dwellings providing: 3 x 1 bedroom flats, 4 x 2 bedroom flats and 2 x 3 bedroom flats, with associated refuse, cycle storage and landscaping works.
