Full proposal

Conversion of existing loft space into a new 1 bedroom flat, with dormer and balcony to rear elevation and 3no. roof lights to front elevation. Removal of front porch posts and canopy and replace with new wrought iron effect supporting posts and zinc effect canopy. Replace white uPVC casement windows on front elevation with white uPVC sash windows. Update Georgian style doors from 3 panel to 6 panel. Installation of 6no. new bicycle parking spaces at the front of the property. Installation of EV charging point.
