Full proposal

Remodelling of the existing east wing, addressing poor proportions and disjointed elevation, demolition of the orangery, utility room and associated lean-to's, and construction of a traditionally detailed west wing and low-lying kitchen link. Replacement lean-to, construction of storm porch portico's to the north and south elevations. Removal of the existing dormers with better proportioned replacements, general window, door alterations with 2no additional dormer to the north elevation and formalisation of the east access road with entrance piers and a gate (as amended 09.04.2025).
