Full proposal

Change existing kitchen flat roof to pitched roof integrated with current roof. Replace existing flat roof car port with pitched roof to match current house roofline, add block and render gable end and install electric roller shutter doors to front and rear of new structure. Build block and rendered store room on existing plot occupied by wooden shed.
