Full proposal

Demolition of chimney, garage and kitchen. Removal of existing empty roof space to increase head height to form first floor bedrooms. Pitched roof to be modified to contain flat roof dormers with balcony to rear gable end. Construction of new garage with hip roof and extension of existing brickwork to form gable end. New main access re-routed to front with new porch. Single storey extension to right elevation with a single storey kitchen extension to rear.
